All sales are final. Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of our vinyl releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any purchases.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
If your vinyl arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.
Shipping Delays & Delivery Disclaimer
Mind of a Genius is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier. Delivery timelines provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations will not be issued due to delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping delays may occur and agree that delayed delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund or return. If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
